Ya-Ting Wu has received her Bachelor’s Degree from Tunghai University, Master’s Degree in Piano Performance from the Ohio State University. She is an associate professor of piano in the Department of Music at Tainan University of Technology, where she has taught piano, music appreciation and twentieth-century piano literature. She also teaches at National Taichung University of Education as an adjunct associate professor. Wu’s writings include two books, Bartók’s Mikrokosmos and On the Teaching of Piano Technique. Her articles have appeared in Journal of National Taichung University and Journal of Arts Research.
