隨許瀞心教授學習指揮，2006年赴美參加Bard College舉 辦之指揮營，曾接受Harold Farberman、Eduardo Navega、Marin Aslop、Raymond Harvey、David Del Tredici等教授指導。2010年 2月 於台灣師範大學音樂研究所指揮組畢業 。 陳玟蓉每年以常任及客席指揮演出多場音樂會，以流暢動人的音樂性及細膩的樂曲詮釋深獲好評，目前擔任台灣桃園交響管樂團執行長兼常任指揮。並且任教於台南應用科技大學音樂系、同安國小管樂團、公埔國小管樂團，中興國中管樂團之合奏指導老師。

Personal Profile:

Wen-Jung Chen studied conducting under Maestro Apo Hsu since 2004, and She graduated from Taiwan NormalUniversity with a Master’s Diploma in Conducting in 2010.

In 2006, she was at Conducting Institute of Bard College and worked with Maestro Harold Farberman, Eduardo Navega, Marin Aslop and David Del Tredici.

Every year she gives a substantial amount of concerts and has received great applause from the public. Her conducting is characterized by her fine musicality and a natural flow of music that speaks directly to the heart of the audience. Her deep understanding and detailed analysis of the scores are easily acknowledged in each of her performances, and have made her an outstanding, young and gifted conductor in Taiwan.

Wen-Jung Chen is now the Executive and Resident conductor of Taoyuan Symphonic Band. Not only does she appear in the professional field as a conductor, she also devotes great passion in teaching and is often acknowledged as a great educator. She now serves in the music teaching positions at Tainan University of Technology, Simes Elemetary School Band, Tong An Elemetary School Band，Gong Pu Elemetary School Band, Chung Hsing Junior High School Band.
